Shipping Policy for Stonefied

At Stonefied, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery services for all our customers. Please review our shipping policy below:

Delivery Within the UAE

Free Delivery: Available for all orders within the Dubai Emirate.

• Outside Dubai Emirate: AED 300 delivery fee.

• Express Delivery (Dubai Only): AED 100 

• Home Styling Accessories: Collection only.

Delivery Outside the UAE

We ship internationally through external courier services.

• Shipping charges will be calculated and applied during the order placement process.

• Important: Stonefied is not liable for any items once they have left our warehouse when shipped through external couriers.

Delivery Timelines

Orders Below 10 sqm: 7–10 working days.

• Orders Above 10 sqm: 10–15 working days.

 

We aim to meet these lead times, but if you require an order by a specific date, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Stonefied

At Stonefied, we strive to provide the best possible service and high-quality products. Please carefully review our detailed refund and cancellation policy below:

 

Order Cancellation

 

1. Cancellation Within 2 Days:

• Customers may cancel their order within 2 days of placing it without incurring any additional charges.

• After the initial 2-day period, cancellations are no longer permitted as production or preparation processes will have already begun.

2. Cancellation Fee After 2 Days:

• If cancellation is requested after the 2-day period but is approved under exceptional circumstances, a 30% cancellation fee of the total order value will be charged. This fee covers administrative costs and production-related expenses.

 

Refund Policy

 

1. No Refunds for Completed Orders:

• Once an order has been completed and shipped or picked up, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• This policy applies to all orders, including custom and bespoke items.

2. Exceptions:

• Refunds will only be issued in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or error directly caused by Stonefied. Such claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with clear evidence (e.g., photos).

• Approved refund requests will be processed within 10–15 business days.
